1.Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of military purple film.
This standard is applicable to high-quality natural lac gum as raw material, thermal filtration method, solvent method processing for the military production department of special purple film.

The provisions in the following documents become provisions of this standard by reference to the standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding corrigenda) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties who reach agreements based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. 4.Sampling
PressGB/T8142-2008 for sampling and sample preparation.
5. Test method
Determination of moisture in 5.1
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 3 of GB/T8143-2008.
Determination of 5.2 color index
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Method 2 in Chapter 5 of GB/T8143-2008.
5.3 determination of insoluble matter in hot ethanol
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 4 of GB/T8143-2008. Method one is the rapid determination method and method two is the arbitration method.
5.4-Determination of thermal hardening time
GB/T8143-2008 Chapter 11.
Determination of softening point of 5.5
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 16 of GB/T8143-2008.
Determination of acidity and alkalinity of aqueous extract of 5.6
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 10 of GB/T8143-2008.
Determination of wax in 5.7
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 6 of GB/T8143-2008.
5.8-Determination of water-soluble matter

Inspection of 5.12 rosin
The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 7 of GB/T8143-2008.

The test shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 8 of GB/T8143-2008.
6. Inspection rules
6.1 inspection classification
Product inspection includes delivery inspection and type inspection.
6.2 inspection items
6.2.1 Delivery inspection items include moisture, color index, hot ethanol insolubles, thermal hardening time, softening point, acidity and alkalinity of water extract, and ash.
6.2.2 The type inspection items include all items listed in Table 1.
6.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out under any of the following conditions:
a) During normal production, the type inspection shall be carried out at least once a month;
B) Major changes of original and auxiliary materials and production process;
c) Production recovery after long-term suspension;
d) When the national quality supervision and inspection institution or the customer requests the type inspection.
6.3 Group Batch Rule
The same production batch of products to form a batch.
6.4 Judgment Rules and Re-inspection Rules
6.4.1 It shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of military purple film leaving the factory shall meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format.
6.4.2 If the inspection results have indicators that do not meet the requirements, the sample shall be sampled again from the double sample to re-inspect the unqualified indicators. If it still does not meet the requirements, this batch of products is unqualified.
6.4.3 If there is any dispute between the supply and demand parties on the inspection results of military purple film, it shall be submitted within two months after the arrival of the goods. The two parties may jointly sample three copies according to the standard sampling method, each of which shall be kept one copy, and the other copy shall be entrusted to an inspection department with corresponding qualifications for arbitration analysis.
7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 sign
The product name (military purple film) and trademark, the standard number, production date or batch number, net weight, name and detailed address of the manufacturer, telephone number, etc. shall be marked on the package, and the words "sun protection" and "moisture protection" and logo shall be prominently marked.
7.2 packaging
7.2.1 The military purple film is packed in wooden cases or cartons (barrels), lined with a layer of kraft paper.
7.2.2 The net weight of each box of military purple film is 25KG.
7.3 storage
7.3.1 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse with an ambient temperature below 25 degrees Celsius to avoid caking.
7.3.2 Product storage time shall not exceed 3 years. Products stored for more than 3 years shall be re-inspected and confirmed to be up to standard before use.
7.4 transportation
During the transportation of the product, it is strictly prohibited to bask in the sun, rain and near heat sources and humid environment, and the temperature inside the transportation vehicle should be lower than 25 degrees Celsius.
