Scope

   This standard specifies the technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of dewaxed purple film, decolorized purple film and decolorized and dewaxed purple film.

   This standard is applicable to the solvent method of dewaxing, using activated carbon decolorization processing of purple film.

Terms and Definitions

   For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

 

3.1

   Dewaxed purple film  dewaxed shellac

   The shellac film processed by solvent refining and removing wax from shellac or granular shellac.

 

3.2

   Decolorized purple film  decolorized shellac

   Waxy light-colored purple film processed by decolorization of shellac gum or granular shellac with activated carbon.

 

3.3

   Decolorized and dewaxed purple film  decolorized and dewaxed shellac

   A light-colored purple film that is essentially wax-free and decolorized by activated carbon after dewaxing of shellac or granular shellac.

 

4  Technical Requirements

   Purple film at all levels shall conform to the table1The technical indicators are given.

 

5  Sampling

7  Inspection Rules

 

7.1  Inspection classification

   Product inspection includes delivery inspection and type inspection.

 

7.2  Inspection Items

7.2.1 The delivery inspection items include moisture, color index, hot ethanol insolubles, thermal hardening time, softening point, and wax quality.

7.2.2 Type inspection items including table1All items listed.

7.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out under any of the following conditions:

    a) During normal production, the type inspection shall be carried out at least once a month;

    b) When the original and auxiliary materials and production process change greatly;

c)Recovery of production after long-term suspension;

    d) When the quality supervision organization requests the type inspection.

 

7.3  Group Batch Rule

7.4  Judgment rules and re-inspection rules

7.4.1 It shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and each batch of products shall meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format.

7.4.2 If any index of the test results does not meet the requirements, the sample shall be sampled again from the double sample to re-inspect the unqualified index. If it still does not meet the requirements, the product is unqualified.

7.4.3 If there is any dispute over the inspection results of purple film between the supplier and the demander, it shall be proposed within three months after the arrival of the goods. Both parties can jointly sample three copies according to the sampling method of this standard, one copy for each party, and the other copy shall be entrusted to an inspection department with corresponding qualifications for arbitration analysis.

 

8  Marking, packaging, storage and transportation

 

8.1 Signs

   The package shall be marked with the product name and trademark, the standard number, production date or production batch number, quality grade, net weight, enterprise name, detailed address, telephone number, "sun protection" and "moisture protection.

 

8.2  Packaging

8.2.1 Packed in wooden cases or other packaging, lined with a layer of kraft paper.

8.2.2 The specified net weight per box is25 kg.

 

8.3 storage

8.3.1 The storage of dewaxed purple film and decolorized dewaxed purple film shall be placed inO℃ ~10C environment to prevent agglomeration.

8.3.2 Decolorized purple film is stored in dry, ventilated, ambient temperature below25C in the room to avoid caking.
